CHALLENGE
Develop an automated system to test finished products to guarantee that label claims are met at product release and through its shelf life. The system must comply with FDA 21 CFR Part 11 regulation and provide electronics records & signatures, data security & integrity and audit trail capability.
RESULTS DELIVERED
Code Refinery delivered a flexible integrated system with four individual stations which can be configured to perform any combination of three different work flow functions. This resulted in savings of close to $60,000.00 in additional instrumentation.
